This is where the conversations live. Some were planned. Some started with a question. Some started because somebody said something that stuck with me. Some are personal, some are funny, some are difficult, and some wander before they find their way. I'm less interested in producing a perfect interview than I am in finding the moment when something real happens — when a guest forgets they're being interviewed, I forget I'm supposed to be hosting, someone tells a story they haven't told in years, or a question lands differently than either of us expected.
That's the moment I'm looking for. A memory comes back. Something gets quiet. Something gets funny. Someone changes their mind. A story opens another story. You can feel the conversation becoming something neither person planned before they sat down. That's what I want to capture. You're not just listening to an interview. You're listening to people figure something out in real time.

Meet Zebulon
I'm Zebulon Thomas. I've spent nearly two decades behind cameras, inside productions, around entrepreneurs, brands, creative people, and people trying very hard to build something meaningful. I've also spent a lot of that time trying to figure myself out. The podcast grew out of that tension — the person who knows how to build things and the person still trying to understand what he's building.
The filmmaker and the father. The entrepreneur and the husband. The ambitious person and the person who eventually had to ask whether ambition was costing too much. The kid who experienced things and the adult who carried them forward. They're all sitting at this microphone with me.
That's why I don't want this to be a show where I tell you how to live. I want to show you what I'm seeing, what I'm learning, what I'm questioning, and what happens when another person sits across from me and brings their own life into the room. Maybe we talk about work and end up talking about childhood. Maybe we start with money and end up talking about fear. Maybe somebody tells me something that changes the way I think about my own story. Maybe somewhere in the middle of all of that, you'll recognize something from your own.

You don't have to listen to this podcast from the beginning. You don't have to understand everything, and you don't even have to agree with me. Just find a conversation that catches your attention. Start there. Then follow the thread.
Maybe one conversation leads you to another. Maybe a guest makes you curious about something you never thought about before. Maybe a question gets stuck in your head. Maybe something makes you laugh. Maybe something hits a little too close. That's how I want this to work — not like a library of episodes, but more like a collection of moments you can wander through.
